Web Release Version 3.3.9

Today we are releasing Web Version 3.3.9

What's new:

  • A teacher is now able to see a complete overview of a student's test and the answers they got right or wrong.
  • We took a hard look at how tests scores are shown to students at the end of a test. This is now less confusing with the new point system changes.
  • Verified/fixed results breakdowns for teachers and administrators (Shouldn't have crazy ghost numbers showing anymore)
  • Pinpointed and removed a piece of code that made some districts block edtsr.co and it's services. (Thanks to all the IT departments we worked with!)

As always we fixed several "under the hood" issues. Chances are you never even noticed them.

Web Release Version 3.3.8

Today we are releasing Web Version 3.3.8

What's new:

  • Now allow you to change point values for all 5 question types (Previously we only allowed a teacher to change the point value of an open ended question).

  • Changed the way automatic grading is handled and scored. You will see faster results once a student has completed a test.

  • Updated the test results breakdown graphs to support the new question point value changes.

Notice: Tests created/taken before January 15th will not show the correct overall data on the top chart in the test breakdown sections. You will still have an accurate question by question breakdown. We are working on a solution to update all old tests to the new scoring format. If you are in need of a test/results to be updated right away, please contact EdTester Support.

Release Web Version 3.3.7

Today we are releasing Web Version 3.3.7

What's new:

  • All logins now require you to login with an email & password.

  • A new homepage and updated information pages

  • We now include "sample" answers and information that teachers need while grading open response questions

Fixed: point values that we show when a student is finished with the test.

We've included a bunch of under the hood performance improvements to make sure our users have the best possible experience.

Fixes rolling out for the issues in the Student Test platform

In this small patch we fixed and corrected a couple small issues.

  • Open Ended questions no longer hang or display on error message when a student clicks "Next Question".

  • We gave the selection bubbles for Multiple Choice and Multiple Answer Multiple choice a facelift. They now look and react better when the student clicks on them.

  • Fixed a small issue with Quick Share test links. This had no affect on the end user.
